My Favourite Cauliflower Recipes.

To be truly honest, until about four years ago cauliflower was residing right there on top of my list of least favourite foods. Just the sight of this - to me - plain, white, boring, and very much flavourless vegetable put me off immediately. This thought always managed to prevent me from eating anything with cauliflower.

Well - this turned out to be a massive mistake. Deliberately one of my friends tricked me into eating cauliflower by preparing some tasty looking (as she told me) mashed potatoes - and I (entirely oblivious) certainly could not resist trying it. It took me some time to realise what I was just eating. This tender yet mild taste of mashed, roasted cauliflower together with finely selected herbs accompanied by the creamy taste of butter - I fell in love with cauliflower immediately.

Since this day cauliflower is a constant and well appreciated companion in my kitchen and many of my dishes. I love to experiment with new recipes all the time. I’m definitely a sucker for all things cauliflower now.

If you are not yet sold on the deliciousness of this surprisingly magnificent white vegetable, please do me (and yourself) a favour and try one of the following dishes at least once. You certainly won’t be disappointed – I promise.

Just to make sure you have the most mouthwatering experience possible, I assembled some recipes for you which I happily approve. So have fun.
